Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases

1. Defective or Faulty Items
If your product is faulty, defective, or does not meet the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We offer a 30-day period from the date of purchase to return faulty or defective products.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, unless the product is unused and unopened.
If you change your mind, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
The product is in its original condition (unused and unopened).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A full refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.
3. Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items, or items purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or defective.
This includes all clearance items and products marked as final sale.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds for defective products will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Provide your order number, a proof of payment, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
