1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will work with you to replace or refund the item as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
