M-Shaped Matcha Whisking at More More Matcha (MMM)

At More More Matcha (MMM), we like to add a little twist to your daily matcha routine — whisking in an “M” shape instead of the usual back-and-forth motion. It’s a simple change that makes every cup feel special.

How to Whisk in M-Shape
1. Add one teaspoon of matcha to your bowl.  
2. Pour about 30–50 ml of hot water (70–80°C) for a lighter, thinner matcha.
3. Whisk in an M shape using your chasen (bamboo whisk).  
   - Imagine looking down at your bowl and tracing an “M” with the whisk.
   - Keep your hand relaxed — there’s no need to rush.
4. Stop once a light, frothy foam appears, then enjoy your matcha slowly.
